Continue are club with Shows or Not!
We have to turn in paper work to the state before December 31 to continue as we do now.
Dean also needs help doing this as he doesn't have a computer or internet.
Maybe last years Treasurer might help!!
Or we can not send in the report and no longer do shows.
But we will continue carving the same as we do now, and hopefully back at the community centers when they open after the shut down we are in now!
Call or Text Dean very soon with your vote.

Carving at 2 Different Parks This Week
Friday September 4th we are carving from 10 AM to Noon at the park where the Kennewick Community Center is. This Community Center is where we normally carve prior to the Corona Virus. If you come to join us bring a lawn chair and we will be sitting 6 foot apart from each other. And bring a mask if you want to get closer to anyone to talk.
We are also having a class by Ron Lundy. So if you want to come and join us call Ron to let him know so he can have enough wood for all. There will be a small charge for the wood!
We are meeting here as Columbia Park has an Air Show that day and there is a charge to enter the park. Below is a picture of what we will be carving.

Spokane Rendezvous
After reviewing the latest news on Covid-19 and discussions with President Doug Jones and Rendezvous Chairman Roger Storey, a decision to CANCEL the 2020 Rendezvous has been made. A primary factor is the likelihood that the limitations of social separation will be extended by Gov. Inslee up to or including the beginning of June and the reality that the contagion has not yet been totally squashed and could easily return in a second peak if safeguards are dropped too soon.Keep carving at home and stay safe.Tim Rahman

Columbia Park Carving
We are carving on Thursday at 1 PM to 3 PM.
We take our own lawn chairs, water and a hat to keep the sun off our head. Getting out feels really good.
We normally have 6 to 7 carvers, not just men.
We carve near the gazebo that has picnic tables. The gazebo is west of the the Edison street entrance to Columbia Park about an 8th of a mile on the river side of the road.
The picture below was taken at the Edison street entrance where we met the first week carving at the park.
