Initiative 594 and "persons"
Section 2 (17) "Person" means any individual, corporation, company, association, firm, partnership, club, organization, society, joint stock company, or other legal entity.
What would it mean if the wood carving club were to suddenly become a legal "person"? How does making our wood carving club a "person" keep guns out of the hands of criminals who are already forbidden from buying guns???
